That is easy. Many have not unchecked Oceanic Server... Imagine the wait times if a majority of players opted out of the Oceanic Server......

This seems counterintuitive to aid 1-2 players out of 24 repeatedly.
Shouldn't there be more servers for primary regions where the overwhelming majority of the player-base lives?

The tick box for oceaninc is there so you can OPT IN to be used to fill in players to an oceanic match to get it launched. The entire point is to be a nice guy and let oceaninc players enjoy low ping for once. It usually only happens when theres a few players who have oceanic only enabled and they wait in queue long enough for the matchmaker to add in players who have agreed to being used like that.

If it bothers you, do not opt in.

Uhh the oceanic server seems to be playing up bad since yesterday.. i'm getting nearly 170ms when i should be seeing 85 as an east coast Aussie.

W/o them, it'd be difficult to get matches going.
