I have everything but the double heatsinks upgrade (I have the 2 dubs in inventory).

I'm thinking 2 more points of back armor on left and right torsos...

I'd drop the er meds for normal meds as they more closely match your mrms optimal range of 2~300m due to spread and how er meds have terrible rof and heat.
