Fish eye effect is just horrendous. Absolutely distorts the look of the mech, especially in mech selection menu.
No zoom in/zoom out?
Increased loading time absolutely was not worth it. Especially considering that PGI isn't ever going to anything about it.
Also shaded background that we had in previous version just looked better because of better focus on mech.

Just as I expected, loading and preparations last longer than matches themselves. This game mode obviously should've had multiple rounds per match. Staring at 3 minutes of loading screens and intros for a 1 minute quickie brawl is pretty underwhelming.
"HEY PEOPLE DUNCAN FISHER HERE" intro is very annoying. Should be skippable.
Map ban stage seems completely unnecessary to me. Put it in quick play instead so I never see River City or Viridian Bog ever again.
BONUS:
There's very irritating ringing on login screen screen.
