Hmm...

I would think more about gamemodes. Just random ffa 4,5,6 or like... random 3 vs 3?

I mean its ok to practice twisting and legging, but i get the feel this is just practice for the real thing.

Voting of the map could go, in favor of faster pace. You join queue, you get drops... This would make more sense in this style. Bit like cod style? Game room, drop, drop, drop... 4 mechs in room drop
Something you could play with console game pad, from couch corner?

One random mech from every division forms a side?

Or fast replacement mechs?

Voting is fast enough at the moment imo, there could also be a 3v3 with random teams as you said. Kind of disappointed that you can't solo que in to 2v2. Shouldn't ELO handle the problem vs premades? Premade 2v2 of course would climb faster, but I'd like to split the pressure to a partner which I can't always have online!

I really have a feel, there is something to this solaris... That could have more mass appeal.
Developers, company the whole team has put lot of effort to the mwo. Howerever, it should be like more action packed. Faster tempo...

I agree, currently its nothing more than a heavy hiding from a light and nothing the light can do about it. There needs to be some type of objectives that can be accomplished by every variant in the division whether its a heavy or a light. Currently once everyone gets out of the experimentation phase its going to be like every other MW title... rush to the biggest most heat efficient build for that division and everything else will go to the way side.

Nah....i dont need no objective. But i dont wanne be limited so heavily by map design featuring only one kind of playstyle. Thats exactly what I kinda new would happen. Stands and falls with map design and maps are just too one dimensiona in solaris.
