Title: FS9-K Left Arm 3rd E Hardpoint Oversized

Description: As per the title, the underslung 3rd energy hardpoint on the FS9-K's Left arm is egregiously oversized compared to the mount on the Right Arm.

Location: Visible anywhere, but becomes most apparent when viewing the mech in the new hangar camera on the main mech lab screen.

Reproduction Rate: 100% Any weapon that will slot into that third hardpoint on the Left Arm of the mech (apparently HPPC auto-mounts into the first hardpoint) will appear in an oversized underslung mount.

Steps to Reproduce: Go into the mech lab with a FS9-K and install 3 energy weapons into the hardpoints on each arm. Then compare the extra mounts affixed under the forearms of the Firestarter. The left arm's mount is significantly bigger, to the point where it overlaps some of the upper hardpoints and elbow of the mech . . . even going so far as to apparently encroach upon the base mech's geometry. Resizing it down to match the Right Arm's hardpoint would be a more uniform and more reasonable size, and appears to be the intended size based on the mech's geometry.
