Add minimap/big map indicator for actions:
1 Help
2 Voice comm



Basically idea is to give a hint on mini map for above. In case of "Help" it is simple. In case of VC it might be a bit more complicated due to voice spam but still, it seems like a good idea.
If player activates VC and is in range of mini map/big map it should indicate him as TR end of comm. If needs be, iy could also show UID( I know it is shown in corner of screen, but if two ppl talk, you wont know which one is talking). This could be paired with NATO( Alpha, Brawo... ) designations mechs get( which we cant see for friendlies?)
