15,500 is a slow day in War Thunder.
And considering I have a new Samsung Odyssey, guess where I will most likely be?

In your mums basement?
People seem to have positive opinion on it, so you should have some fun with it too. Enjoy.

It's a good mode for those that shun team work in the main. They can now "do what they want" but also now have no team to blame....í ½í¸Ž

That's it?
On the one hand I'm a bit shocked given the volume of "SOLARIS IS AWESOME!!!!! and "Solaris is pretty good!" as well as the "I'm pleasantly surprised by Solaris" and of course the "Solaris is better than QP" type threads both here and at Reddit.
On the other...I have played briefly twice during NA prime time in Div 4 (or is it 5?...the one with Loyalty Griffin and Loyalty Zeus) and during both runs there were only 2-3 groups in queue (2-man) and both times we had several instances of the timer running down and resetting as there was no one to play with at the moment. Back in Group Queue QP, wait times seem no worse than normal (and I expected it to ba a wasteland for at least a few weeks).
I make no critique of the Solaris mode beyond what has already been said (I just don't play this game for a solo experience*). I like it for what it is and what it has to offer me (2 man play when folks aren't around to form a good group). But despite the overall trend of positive reviews, I am really shocked that there aren't more people playing it. Maybe the vaunted "rebrand" will pick things up as time goes on. I remain skeptical however.
Edit: *If I do ever play it solo, I am playing an IV-4 so I can die repeatedly and often and thereby create a damn low statistical baseline so the stupid thing gets moved out of DIV 1, and maybe even save it from the nerf hammer.

Let's wait for the weekend I'd say.

I adore it; finally I am free of my burdensome team mates. My Scorch's win rate was already high, but now it's in the clouds. Good times!

Just wait until people start playing with their alts when the first event gets tossed in.

Solaris could be the best thing that ever happened to this game, provided they never attempt to balance mechs around Solaris performance. Doing so would murder said mechs in QP, which is still where most people prefer to play. That would essentially end MWO, so it could also be the worst.

I had a loss and a win. When I realized that I didn't even enjoy the win I remembered something important.... I'm not a very competitive person and I like working with other people. so... Yeah I think I'll stay away unless my brother decides he wants to take it on with me. Then MAYBE.

That's a good indication of daily players. You don't download 1.6 GB just for one game.

I have a perfect record in solaris. 0 wins and 0 losses as I've been to busy with other things. From the few videos I've watched on youtube I find it dull af. QP 1 vs ? at the end of matches is far more exciting. That can be anywhere from 1 vs 1 to 1 vs 11 depending on how bad the other team gets rolled. Far more thrilling and exciting to see the last few mechs in QP come back and suddenly win what was a very bad loss.
