It's really irritating me that people cheat the game with Lag shield this is really notable on Light mech using it's lag to shield them from damage the client should treat the lager as standing still and any fire on his mech should be hit.

I've kinda noticed this too in a couple games as well. Sometimes it has been my own lag though.

One of my major gripes with the skill tree is that % armour buff and randomness cover up this kind of thing. Got to wonder what PGI were thinking.

Years ago i asked for a ping requirement. I took pages of hate posts from laggers. I'm going to guess it will not be any better today

It is indeed annoying. Glad I am doing Div 3.
