The victor is one of the most agile dual hgauss platforms in the game, able to actually and effectively use its arms as shields where anis can not.
Interesting point. Still doesn't explain why the other Victors have armor buffs for the torsos. I mean, why would you need an armor buff for a left torso that only can carry an AMS if the arms are so good at shielding them? Wouldn't it make sense to give only the same structure buffs to the rest?
To me, IF the 9A1 had the same buffs as all the other Victors, THEN it might be justified as a Div1 mech. I mean, you still need to face the enemy to get off your dual HGauss shot. Pretty hard for those big bruiser mechs to miss you when you are plodding around under 60KPH because you have to take a standard engine
As you suggested, I took a look at your player card. Noticed you had nothing under Div1 yet. This is the perfect opportunity for you to take a 9A1 for the rest of this season, just like you took a Uziel into solo QP, to prove to us all that..how did you put it?

Threads like these highlight how little understanding the playerbase has about what makes mechs good in 1v1.
End of the day most of the posts are just ways to scapegoat low skill by blaming somthing other than the losers skill for the loss.
As you can see by my player card, I've only been running the 9A1 in Div1 to level it, as I mentioned a number of times.
