I have the vet founders pack, now I want to upgrade to Elite, Can I get Will elite only cost me 30$ since I own Vet pack?

I upgraded the founders pack and im still basic... -.- no founders mech or something...
Ok... Forums says Legendary Founder but i dont have any changes ingame ( restart change nothing... )

After upgrade my mechs were listed way off to the right. It corrected at the last patch. Check the right side of the owned mech list.

The in game perks take time to receive. They cant just mail the mechs to you.
