Whats going on with watching matches? I have yet to get this to work.

It is very rare . You need to keep your eyes open for it and click as soon as you see it .

I finally got to watch a match, but it made no sense why...i was not 1850 Eli in the division and i had no idea how to switch between all the options listed on top in Spectator mode
