I like both. Solaris I go into with "What stupid build am I gonna to tank my stats with today?" mindset, for fun. Whilst with QP, I just go in for the usual fights. :)

Quickplay by far. 1 vs 1 is fun and exciting.....when it happens in a QP match but when you do it over and over and over and over, against the same mechs and the same builds it get old quickly.

My wishlist for PGI is expanded Quickplay.

- New Maps
- New Modes
- Scenario Battles (Defend, Capture, asymmetrical battles, etc)
- Added AI controlled vehicles and aircraft, maybe even infantry and/or battle armor.
- Campaign mode

I mean the list can go on and on and on. There is just so much they can do with QP that Solaris 7 just seems like a waste of time and effort.

Solaris was fun for about five minutes. Then the stupid loot box system showed itself, and the meta took over the entire field.

Back to QP, with the occasional FP pick-up match.

Agreed. When I catch or am caught alone in QP and solo someone down, it feels pretty awesome (especially if I'm out-tonned).

As for your wish list, I think a lot of that is coming. MW:5 already promises an online co-op campaign mode and AI-controlled support vehicles. Contingent on how well the game sells, plan on an online "vs." mode to follow.

I predict MW:O will eventually lose solo and group QP, as well as FP, and just be 1v1 and 2v2 Solaris. All other multiplayer will be reborn in MW:5 Online, with a better engine and many of the features you've listed.

Still prefer Solaris I think but on the other hand QP is ez mode now.

Solaris is more consistent. If you're a fundamentally good player, you win consistently. If you're fundamentally bad, you lose consistently. It can get boring when that happens (yes, consistently winning can be boring).

Qp has a certain joy that comes with the randomness of it all. Good players can get unexpectedly taken out quickly on both sides which makes matches more unpredictable.

QP for me, I love sheer randomness but I do think Solaris 7 is a positive development for the game. I am not going to play S7 but I am okay with it if some people are having fun with it.

than is Heavy Gears assault the better game ...good thats now im can play Battletech ,and hope of a MW game from a other Company as PGI...MWO only good enough for events or play 1-4 matches in QP/FP in a Half Year

I prefer Solaris to QP. I'd return to FP if there will ever be a non-group-queue that is actually filled with players (never going to happen, I know).

QP alway's the randomness is just to good sometimes you must carry like 10 other times you play like a patato because your teammates are all single man army.
sometimes you loss lots of times you win it's a mess i like it
