that is my AMS config...two AMS and one LAMS LOL

*edit: Or with one LAMS if you'd prefer. Just don't do the crazy thing and mount four of those.

Or, kill two birds with one stone: take an LRM boat with AMS and a great assault driver with AMS and go straight at the deceptacon buggers with their a dozen AMS and get danger close..... Wow.... Drop some ammo and add a few heat sinks and it is absoultly amazing how much you add to your scores...... And, it gets the 500 challenge matches out of the way fast... Been there and just finsihed that..... Woo-Hoo....."Potatoes Looose"..... (and, I haven't used that NTG is a year because it is a LRM boat.....shucks, that was fun..... Sorry EL, you put me up to it.....or, was it Bombast? Anyway, it was fun and thanks for the advice and a special thanks to the assualt pilot for the occassional Oooops as I was shooting literally, right over his shoulders.....)

I don't see the appeal of LRMs or AMS for these events. I skipped the LRM10 day completely. I was just playing through my Hero mechs or mech with CB bonus for the CB event. After achieving the 3 million, I checked the other days and I'm already all done (Try Hard and XP).

Ah Lad, there is nothing more fun as working as a wing-man, sharing armor and walking face first into a first rate fire-fight. The Sun Spider, when set up with LRM's and SRMs literally can shoot over the shoulders of the mech in front of you. The Dire Wolf, in this case was eating Heavies and it was a continuous stream of LRM's aimed at his enemy and it was non-stop till the bad guy died.... Add two SNS's and an assault and you get some really neat capabilities. That's 80 LRM"s continuously: 2 LRM-40's.

LRM'ing that way is is up close and personal. There's no hiding and lofting missiles from the boundaries. It's a hoot.
