Okay, I am glad to see that something is finally being done about the ridiculous amount of damage being done with Clan laser vomit. (and I say this as a Clan only player). However, I do not know that Ghost Heat is the way I would want it addressed, Still at least it is finally being addressed.

4 erML max without GH should be 5
4 MPL max without GH should be 5 it seems a little harsh after effectively nerfing the heck out of cMPL with the range reduction but whatever, I guess you have to keep them tied to the erML.
3 HML max without GH OK
1 HLL max without GH OK, I guess but this seems heavy handed. A reduction in damage to 15 each would have been much more appropriate.

Everyone complaining about the nerfs just have to remember that you can still run laser boats, you just have to stagger shots by 1/2 a second to avoid GH. No lore build is being destroyed. Novas are fine, Supernovas are fine, NovaCats are fine, Hellbringers are fine. Clan laser vomit Alphas just will not be so Godlike anymore.

Someone else mentioned that cUACs should have got a bit of help to make it a viable alternative to Laser and I agree 100%. The jam frequency chance and jam duration for cUAC need to be revisited. They make the weapon to unreliable for regular use unless boated. Some sort of increased cooldown or Ghost Jam chance could control boating multiple UACs without making mixed builds or one or two UACs terrible. Please fix this.

But after so many fails the last months/years. Proud, if he will be finaly hold his promise and listen to us, and stop blindtrusting chris. I know its little and for us this is without saying, but hey...

Btw. im still thinking my prev post. (lower all nerfs -1 and cancel HHL nerf complete) it would be way better and on the other side, for pgis goal of more builds, buff clan ac's. The Jams are to hard or/and give us better stadart ac's. gosh i would love an is brawl build (srm&ac20 with 2 pellets) on clanside.

Patch after patch, Chris the Genius is ruining mwo, making it more boring as possible.

He started with nerfing light agility (moving like heavies, wow).
Now clan assaults that can have an alpha like a medium (2large and 4 erml.....a very old stormcrow build) without triggering GH

Bad and nonsense decision killing a lot of clan battlemechs and many omnimechs too.

After gauss PPC was taken away, the ONE thing clan mechs had that made them competitive was laser vomit.
you take that away now PGI and what do you leave clans with? nothing
clans have NO armor quirks, TBR has NEGATIVE quirks, mobility has long been nerfed....
but NOOOO IS DHGR with 50 point alpha and only viable headshot build is fine....

1. No. You can twist away some of the damage, but since human reflexes aren't instant you're getting a good % of that burn wherever they're aiming.

2. No, but I usually back up before they can even charge their HGauss, so no damage except some piddly lasers
