Even more when i was thinking about it i planned on changing my jag to something along the lines of 1lpl+3med group with another 1lpl+3med group.
What i wasn't happy about is for example my 2 heavy laser kitfox. Did it really need a nerf?

Honestly though, that's been one of the more frequently cited reasons the nerfs have been opposed for: Hitting the worse Mechs way harder than the good ones.

Solaris is about competition and finding the most effective, meta builds on meta mechs and then competing to see who is best. It should never be able balancing the game so every one of the hundreds of mechs and mech variants we have in the game are equally competitive against each other. I don't even know why anyone would try to do that.
So honestly I am glad they are re-evaluating things and at least seeing how things work out on the test server before such a massive change.

totally true, besides the fact that 90ish% of mechs in MRBC and tournaments are clan, and IS has never won a single FP event, the game is very balanced. I agree.

TBH, these balance issues should have been nipped in the bud after the first Clan PTS 4 years ago, but, of course, PGI gonna PGI.
