I assumed it was like one of the skill tree jump jet boosts. Perhaps it means total capacity of JJs you can equip?

Quirk is on the BAS-A
BAS-A comes with 3 JJs stock
Pretty sure it just means "+3 JJs installed on equipped OmniPods"

Aye, it is a bit odd. Maybe for better visibility of which variants come with JJs??

The jump jet „quirks“ are not a boost. It just states that there are omnipods with jump jets installed on the mech. And these are fixed equipment on these pods.
