These poles appeared to Boreal Vault-training grounds after last patch. When you kill a target drone, they stand for a while, then collapse to ground and explode. What are they?

They've been there occasionally for at least a year. They happen when you kill something with ballistics, and one ballistic projectile glitches into that position.
