So this whole royal wedding thing is completely dominating the news where i live. Why, i have no clue something about a war, and taxes.. blah, blah... who's the king? Ohh yea, where were we.


So... in the BT universe.. Who is the equivalent, what just 20 years prior would you never see happening? If you know anything about this marriage, and i really don't outside of, some dude in the royal family could not marry and not that long ago. (sorry forget there names, maybe someone knows, they been talking about it on the news). Harry and Megan would never of happened.. But yet here we are.. (Cheers harry and Megan, your marriage gave me an idea to do something fun!)

Davion-Marik has happened (Victor/Isis).
Davion-Kurita COULD have happened (Victor/Omi) except the Sandovals would lose their brains even more.
Liao-Marik almost happened, but Sun-Tzu's a jerk.
Liao-Canopus did happen.
Assuming 3052 or later, RFR (Magnusson) is a non-entity.
Anything involving the Allard-Liaos automatically creates a war with the CC, but we all know who wins. It's also been done in fiction (one of Drakensis' stories IIRC; Kuan-Yin & Victor to create a 3-family throne with their heir to secure the rear while fighting Clans).
Krazy Kat already came pretty close (privately) with Vlad Ward.
TC & Davion is open but would not be earth-shaking since the Davion Outback is still underdeveloped.

Hate I was out of town until today. I would have written some fan-fic like we did for Jackal Beast's contest (El Contesto thread in the community run events section for anyone who likes fan-fic - has some neat stories!). I still really enjoyed that competition was a blast! It actually got me writing currently working on a non-Battletech fiction/scifi novel.
