Can We Please Fix The Atlas Torso Pitch?

At the very least bring the base up to the ANH, FNR numbers something reasonable. 16 is too much(little).
I just got out of a match on caustic where I basically got out traded by a HBK Gridiron because I was on a slight incline and couldn't bring my weapons down to hit him, leaving me with 2 mpls in the arms leaving the HGauss and MRM40 nearly unusable.
Thanks!

I am finding I keep running into pitch limitations something I don't run into with my FNRs or ANHs

Admittedly the torso weapons will be useless in this regard, the arm weapons should be able to do the deed needed. If you back up the arms with Streaks, you'll have more weapons capable of reaching 46 degrees.
Admittedly, almost all other assaults have 20 degrees or greater, so I do wonder why the Atlas is so short-changed?

Firestarter: 15 degrees
Catapult: 16 degrees
Night Gyr: 15 degrees
Atlas: 16 degrees
Kodiak KDK-3: 16 degrees
It's sort of ridiculous really since it affects so few Mechs that it should be apparent torso pitch should be 20 degrees at the absolute minimum.

you are aware that the atlas basically only has 1 med laser in each arm right? its arm weapons are crap.
so why would you even mention that.
the atlas' torso pitch needs to be increased to 25 degrees minimum

the difference is a lot of those mechs have decent arm hardpoints so they dont necessarily need better torso pitch
whereas the atlas has almost entirely torso hardpoints, so the atlas is far worse off
the atlas needs better torso pitch more than any other mech in the game

I was playing Solaris 7 on my Atlas and came across a piranha. All he did to win was run directly at me. He hugged my legs and just fired full force into my CT. Only my arms could even have a chance of hitting him, and even that was below my sight range.
He blew through my CT before I got his RT to orange internals. Not being able to fight back isn't exactly balanced in these situations. Especially considering that my Atlas has every point into torso pitch to attempt to mitigate this ridiculous problem.

With your ballistic weapon basically at your knees, sometimes you can just swing your torso down and shoot. Even without the cross-hairs on the hugger, you might be able to get a shot in.

Don't trade with the HBK if your position puts you on a disadvantage ?
