Fix Uac5 Double Tap Please Pgi

I don't know why PGI decided to change the UAC5 double tap making it different than UAC10 but its been that way for a while and the UAC5 king crab totally sucks because of it. When do we get the old UAC5s back?

They haven't changed it. You can only double tap IS UAC5 mid way through the cooldown, but you can double tap AC10/20 right away. This is what the OP is referring to.

Uh, it's been a long time since I used IS UAC5s in anything, but I don't recall them working like that. I just went in and tested it, and it doesn't really seem any difference in the double tap delay on the UAC20. Since it only fires one round, though, it does feel a bit longer, but I don't think it actually is.
