Hello,

I just bought a new, fast SSD. Considering my real slow internet connection I hoped that I could just MOVE my MWO instalment from old drive to new one and MWO Portal will track it, or I could just change installation folder for MWO. But.. just no. It doesn't work.
Portal does not see new directory for MWO (it is clear but I hoped for Uninstalling and reinstalling Portal does not help at all. It installs OK but there is no way to show it a new MWO drive and directory.
I do not want to download all MWO because of my poor internet connection and second, I have all settings set (joy and mouse config).

Any thoughts how to do it without reinstalling (and downloading) all this stuff??

When reinstalling Portal and the screen comes up, does it have the Install button for MWO? Did you click that button, and if so, did it give you the options of default and custom? If so then click on custom and put the directory to the folder RIGHT before Mechwarrior Online.

The other route it to edit the registry.
