Most of the HUD is self-explanatory but I've looked everywhere I can think of and still can't find the answer to:

What do the six indicators, arrayed three to each side, in the center of the HUD signify?

(I would post a screenshot but all I get is an error that I'm not allowed. Perhaps this link will substitute: https://imgur.com/4q1ZAkP)

Top left is your first firing group, middle left is your second, bottom left is 3rd, top right is 4th, middle right is 5th, and you can guess which the bottom right represents.

Half full means some of the weapons are ready to fire, but some aren't. Full pip means all weapon in the group are ready to fire.

Weapon groups and their readiness status. This is really handy especially for Gauss Rifles. In general this is so that you don't have to look at the more detailed weapons display on the bottom right.

To be honest, I never "see" this indicator and have never actually used it but the gauss suggestion is good. I've used that, but I rarely use gauss because I'm not good with it.
