..for buffing the Dire Wolf! It makes a huge difference. I haven't used my Gold Dire in ages and today it was doing pretty well.

Been playing my DW's mostly all the time for months. Working a little bit better and I run 4 different chassis, my favorite is 2XUAC10's 2X Large Pulse Lasers 2Xmed Pulse Lasers. My second favorite build is 2XLarge Pulse Lasers 4X Med Pulse Lasers. my highest alpha build is 4XLarge lasers, 4X Med lasers. All builds have Max armor and as much heat sinks as possible.

A note on the UAc10s, Yeah the jam rate is a problem. My advice is get into a test map, learn how to shoot the guns so you have a minimal jam and increase your output. 5 to 10 min worth will improve your use of these guns. Pay attention to your pressing the button, don't stab it, don't suddenly press it either. You'll get to feeling on how best to shoot them UAC10's .Watch the heat on your guns too and when you do have a jam, use them Lasers until the jam clears. Bottom line is, condition yourself on how best to fire these weapons.

armor/structure quirks on certain omnipods, though unfortunately most of the good side torso pods don't get anything.

Prime (with all prime omnipods) has base armor boost of 15 to each side torso and 8 to center torso.

Some of the other Omni pods also get a +15 I think without the set of 8? I'd have to check. Not the good ones either way.

It doesn't help it MUCH though... Given those torsopods only make for one good build really - Gauss/Vomit. Good for a 94pt Alpha so it's fun. I was using it the other night for fun too and you can notice it.

I'm not sure it's enough though TBH as the ballistic toros get nothing.

If they're set of 8 it depends what variant you pick up, most of the time I rarely see set of 8 being so useful snd just stick to mixing since I can bring better results than I do with stock pods.

It's not set of 8, I am sure of this as it's on soecific omnipods that have armour bonus.

The Prime CT might have armour though.

Prime CT has +8 Armour, and the side torsos of any variant that don't have weapon slots/JJ's all have +15 Armour. The torsos that do have mounts don't have any quirks

LT|CT|RT = 15|8|15 and yes no need for it to be 8

Yeah so as I thought...

Doesn't make the DWF good, I mean hell I'll take a buff for it cause it's ****... But it needs more.

You should be running Ultra Violet side torsos for energy vomit Primes. Convergence is better, the mounts are higher, and when you over heat your arms pop so you just lose a Gauss.
