I really want to play with this combo, but I don't know how to create it. Any idea how to get this ?

This..isn't possible anymore.

Flamer mechanics have changed.

That said if you are okay with not spamming the flamer button and using it for short bursts...

Here's a start. Allocate armor as you see fit. Arrange ammo as you see fit. As for why he's using a half ton within the LBX ammo, who knows?
Note despite the cooling efficiency stated, this thing will run very hot while the flamers are running.

So a lot of experience with it... and you can't do it that way anymore. But you're welcome to try.
