I find Myst Lynx pilots unnaturally more bloodlusted compare to Piranha pilots, maybe something in their minds hardwire them to be such a state.

They're not as fast so they can't run away, and they can be literally disarmed pretty easily, so they get stuck in a more fight or flight mindset; either they stay and fight and win or they get hunted and die. So they are scrappy like wolverines.

Piranha are faster and more powerful, but also less tough. They have to run away more to stay alive. I play mine like my locust really. A sneaky bushwacker. I sometimes just watch my foes for a time to strike, mostly when an assault is left alone in an alley or a damaged person moves to cover where they think they'll be safe.

Not when you expect a Assault in Div 2.

Again, the point isn't because I lost, it's because it feels not right.

Therein are two of your problems;

1. Your playing Solaris.
2. Basing judgement on feelings.

Totally fine and acceptable that you, in your bigass lumbering 100t atomic powered walking machine of death, is totally outmaneuvered, out positioned, and out fought by something 1/3rd your weight, 3x your mobility, and almost 3x your speed.

You were beat by a better pilot that used your inability to move to his advantage.

Speed is life. Want to beat a Light Pilot? Go drive Lights.

Want to play in Solaris, learn what the meta is for your Division and play it or loose to it.

The point is a light mech shouldn't be that powerful in the first place.
Prior to the brawling and assault nerf oh I mean the engine de sync
assaults could actually defend themselves. Instead of just backing against a
wall and getting their legs chewed off by machine guns from a mech they cant
even depress their guns to shoot at.

Equip more leg armor.

The best performing class in the game is still the best performing class in the game. You can put enough weapons in your arms for anti-light duty and still fit plenty of big guns for use on the adult size robuts.

Vulnerable legs is tasty legs. I give every fatty a leg scrape, if I can turn it orange armor with a few lasers imma eat that leg.

youre not wrong

the problem is PGI has failed to provide non-combat roles for lights

so top tier lights have to be good at combat
