They announced the Fafnir on Jan. 5th, which was a Friday...

No i read thru every page before making my pick... I also noted that its more common for PGI to alternate between clan and IS mech packs and thus picked a clan mech also... and one with a nice name... that plugs a hole in the available options... and doesn't have overly complicated artwork to screw up, and also already has 5 variants in the lore so since there's been no move to alter the 3+2+1 pack setup... its obviously going to continue. THUS...

A reasonably fast 35 ton battlemech with jump jets that isn't a chicken walker and has a good mix of hardpoint/weapon configurations between the five lore versions. PGI needs only to invent a hero version and presto... done.
