After a couple searches of these and Reddit forums i could not find a conclusive answer:

Do rotary autocannons benefit from targeting computers like other autocannons (except LBX)?

Using two RAC5s i would expect the crits to come more often (as more projectiles are being issued), however in limited testing i found more crits coming from 4x UAC5s.

No, I do not believe so. Only U/ACs, PPCs, and lasers get increased chances to crit from TCs.

One would think that in some future patch, they'd add the RAC's.... I wonder if the CW weapons are just now catching up to pre-CW stuff? I'd like to see them added to the TC's minor buffs.
