I think maybe it's time to get rid of the negative quirks all around. The Timby hasn't occupied the top spot in a looong time! Negative traits are off-putting at this point.

I still see it used from time to time, so.. can't be that bad, according to PGIs logic.
guess some more negative.quirks are incoming next patch, again

Yeah it's not bad, don't get me wrong. I just think it's not so amazing that it needs to be taken down a peg by negative quirks. Back when it was crazy strong, sure, but those days are long gone.

I think it's actually bad. Engine decouple hit it really hard. Needs skill nodes to combat the slugishness which are missing in the survival/firepower department.
I agree that the negative quirks are way over the top.
As far as i remember pgi had the two top performer, stormcrow + timberwolf, nerfed into oblivion right when the ebon jaguar was up for sale (they gave utterly hilarious negative quirks to both and sailed back asap after the outcry from the communit).
Although even without the bad quirks, in a semi competitive enviroment like solaris, i wouldn't want to get cought in a timberwolf.
The mech was never good in a 1on1, even with quad srm/small pulse orquad srm/lbx20 combo.
The "snoot" is much to easy to "boop", can hit the CT from 300~ degree arch or something.

Yep, now all anyone does is shoot the side torsos out. You can't miss and once one ST is gone so are most of it's weapons so it becomes an easy kill at that point.
