I find effective use of the block player button can make for very fun games, after that when it's just my attitude in control its all fun.

First they are not terrorists there jerks/trolls and lack both the commitment an energy to be a terrorist as that would require leaving their chair. Secondly they are just attention seeking, and every time you respond you simply feed the beasts their sweet feed instead of making them choke on their own cud. Hence the block key

Basically disassociate yourself from the actual game and not care about what your body is doing. Don' get involved, don't care about the result or the other people in it.
Basically you might as well run a bot and go eat a pizza.

I hit tier 2 recently and the level of disengagement from the teams I'm on is staggering, I sincerely don't understand why anyone plays if they don't care what happens....

Ive like solo QP'ed for 95% of my sixish years of MWO, and my secret to fun is really not caring about anything other than playing entertaining builds in my make believe space robot.

Top number of assist in our team is 4, you can't get assist if 6 enemy still alive, also i was dueling with fresh Atlas - it took some time to CT him you know, so after i killed him almost whole our team was wiped.
