yea all open, wasnt sure if it was normal or not, as i dont usually play these times.

Since that is 3-4am in the States and 9-10am in EU, can easily see that no, not a lot playing at those times.

There was a pop/time chart in the stock mode tournament list. Yes, once California goes to bed, and until eu gets out of work/school there is a dearth of players. Makes Oceania a rough place to play in, beyond the high ping.
