Error Code 11

So I was playing for the past few weeks and didn't encounter any problems at all.
Just this day, I can't login. It keeps saying " There was an error during the login process. Please try again or contact support Error CODE 11 ".

So yeah, as an average user. Tried to search what error code 11 was.
But didn't find any single article about that.

Sent an email to the support, still waiting for their reply.

Anyone encountered this issue ?
Really need help. I can't play :(
