Short answer: no
Slightly longer answer: It would appear that a settlement is in the works. However, until the blood is dried on the parchment, things are still in the air.
See the following for more:

Edit: Unless something new has popped up, this is all the info we have.

since MW5 has been pushed back to 2019
sounds like a bunch of bullcrap. Got any IDK... sources, links, etc to this so called settlement?

@ 7:30 mark.
Basically business as usual. HG gets to keep doing what they've always done, HBS and PGI gets to get on with their business of making new MW games and us fans get stuck with HG for another few years until HG's own licence ends.
Edit: MW5 gets pushed to 2019 surprises nobody. The original time frame was a joke for anyone who knows how efficient PGI is at game making stuff.

Until all the i's are dotted, t's are crossed, and everything is signed, stamped, sealed, and approved, there is still hope.
Plus, while it could be business as usual, it could also be that HG is settling now, to avoid having their pants pulled down in court.
Hope for the best, prepare for the worst. Until we know more, this is all we can really do.

So... back to the claim of the OP... we know nothing about the settlement, what cost, limitations, etc were agreed upon, if any, and that this has nothing showing it was done with anything in regards to "making the release date", especially since, again, PGI also already pushed the release date back.
Now considering the timing of PGI's decision to push back to 2019, it would seem likely involve the need to either remove the "Macross Unseen" from the game, and decide on replacements, or the desire to add the rest, such as the Crusader, Wasp, Stinger, etc. Are there other development cycle issues, etc that will also be addressed (or specifically need to be addressed) in the interim? Probably.
But at a guess (and purely speculation on that) they will be able to continue to use the extant Macross Unseen in MWO (though possibly new sales might be curtailed) but not at all in MW5, etc, if the settlement is indeed weighted in HG's favor (which with the prevalence of evidence against their actual claim of ownership of the characters... is a bit of a surprise, TBH, if so. But given the history of this nonsense... not as surprising as one might wish).

The details of the settlement are unlikely to disclosed, actually a non-disclosure clause is almost certainly one of those details. We'll only be able to guess based on the eventual consequences we can directly see in mwo and later mw5.
