sounds like the IS jenner issues again. I had to do some weird asine method to 'fix' it because I kept getting both the load out error and wth code error code 51.

1. Strip all of the mech including armor to zero.
2. Save it and ignore that pop up warning.
3. Load up a different mech in mech lab.
4. Go back to the jenner and equip engine, weapons, aux items but do nothing with the armor then save it.
5. Go back the the jenner and add armor expect 1 point of armor to all parts of mech and save.
6. Run the mech in testing grounds, canyon network as it loads and runs the fastest with the least amount of building-terrain objects.
7. Kill a few mechs and exit then go back to mech lab and add one the last armor points.
8. play normally.

Haven't checked today but I was getting the same error with the Cicada no matter how many times it was saved. :/

Ok, so I found out why.

Somehow IIC-2 and IIC-A's arms have 24 armor instead of 18, but it should be 18 thus game was making errors. I stripped all armor and re-distributed, which fixed the issue.

This is STILL a problem?

PGI, just change it back to how it was. Nobody asked for this anyways, and it's not an improvement.
