I see a post on the main page about a summer loot bag event starting today but no link to any info or details...and the ingame event window shows nothing?

This is why they built the event system into the game, a one-time investment so that they could reduce the man hours needed to support events. It’s probably been farmed out to an intern. The Father’s Day event was also thrown together at the last moment with no notice.

It’s an old format, they have done it many times before. It pays considerably better than the new supply caches.

-edit it does make me sad to note it will cover both Canada day and Independence Day. In the past both of those days have been good for colors and a mech.

Perhaps I'm missing something, but I can't see where it tells us what those rewards might be. At least, none of the listed loot bags rewards seem to fit that bill.

Edit - apparently, they're shown on the individual event webpages - a Stonehenge standing item, a corgi decal, and a hotdog decal.
