Hi Guys,

Wondering if I can get some assistance on getting a Arctis 7 Steelseries + Gamedac mic functioning. Windows will recognize my mic and I can get feedback to register when I set up my mic in Windows 10.

Because of that, I am pretty certain my mic works. However no one seems to be able to hear me in game. I dont know what the settings need to be under Audio, but I think I have tired just about every combination of playback mode in conjunction with capture mode, checking and unchecking VOIP, and turning up the DB levels on both playback and record.

What should the correct settings be, and does anyone have any suggestions?

You definitely have to enable VoIP. Then join a match, press your push-to-talk bound button and see if your name pops up on the center bottom of the screen. If that works, look for feedback on your audibility and adjust the record level accordingly.
