Paint sale ended early?

I can't believe they spelled color with the British Spelling on July 4th.


On a more serious note, the color sale seems to have ended early. Supposed to keep going until tomorrow evening and the prices are back to normal (Sunday evening MDT)

I just Bought 3000MC to buy some colors and find that they have lied about the 50% off color sale
sale dates and ended it a full day earlied that advertised. With no explanation to their customers.
No respect to their paying customers I suppose...

I just tried to buy some paints because of the sale but the prices are back to normal. Did they change the cut off date? All the paint prices are back to normal a full day before they are supposed to be

PGI, it would have been nice of you if you resolved this matter appropriately and leave the sale date as announced or extend it one full day since you ended the sale too early.

Has anyone tried to go through the official support channels? I think PGI should know about this by now, but i think they have a much keeener eye on the PTS-Thread than this one

ATTENTION EVERYONE... I just checked to see if the Paint Sale is still running. It appears to be. To access it, please do the following...

• Go to your Mech Garage's "Home" Screen
  
• Click "MechLab" up top
  
• Click "Camo Spec" on the Left
  
• Click the "Sale" circular 'Radio Button' in the "WareHouse" on the Right
  
• Click "Pattern" just barely below that, in order to ensure this gets displayed properly
  
• Click "Color", which is just to the Right of that last button
  
• Use the 'Drop-Down Menu' which is just below that, in order to filter by types of Coloring
  
• Go find the Color which you wish to buy at a decreased price

...and with that, you should be able to do what you originally intended. Have fun out there, and enjoy painting your Mechs.

Sorry about that as this was an issue on our end. Due to this issue we've gone ahead and extended the end date for this sale for another 24 hours, so the sale will now end on July 10th 2018 at 5PM PDT

Well I went from 13k MC down to 14MC but at least all my 188 mechs will be looking extra spiffy when the red team cores it in the back...

Any chance for the ppl that bought for full price in the last 24 hours in good faith? If not automagically, perhaps if they speak up here and apply for some consolation price?
