Greetings MechWarriors,

A Hot-Fix is scheduled to occur today, June 20th at 2:00PM PST (21:00 UTC), to address the issue where the adjusted Weapon Groups do not save between Stock Matches in the same Lobby session.

The downtime will be approximately 30 minutes.

Thank you for your patience!

Thanks for letting us know, PGI. :)

Pardon my asking, but is there going to be a Patch needing download? If 'yes', can we PLEASE get a download link just as soon as the servers come back up? :o

(There was something else on my mind, but someone offline just railroaded it out of my head. I'll probably post again, if I can think of it.)

^ this.

When can we expect to have our Jenners, Cicadas, Jagers, and Stalkers back to normal?

The base value adjustments were literally uncalled for and have caused nothing but trouble and complaints.

Okay, PGI... You're really going to make me track down the Patch Download Link AGAIN for those who seriously need it?!?!? :(

<*goes hunting... comes back with results...*>

And here we are...

HotFix Version: 1.4.175.0
File Count: Just 1... Only 1...
Patch File Size: 6 MB
Download Link: http://patcher.mwomercs.com/patch/Production/frontend/FrontendPatch_338.zip :D

...so that those who have any kind of issue with the Normal Patch Method can still get back to playing again! Ya know, it really ain't nice to make a member of your Community have to track it down when you could just post it up, right??? ^_^

As for this...

I believe what they're actually talking about is a Save-Related Issue, not the intended changes by PGI. Frankly, I've already adapted somewhat to the changes, and I think some people are glad to be a little more able to use an I.S. XL Engine in their Mechs. Thankfully, my armor adjustments have saved properly, so I'm not grumpy at all. B)

Fix the flamers...for a real "hot fix", lol... Maybe put them back to original stats, and where the 2 flamer ventilation skill tree nodes currently are, just add 15% damage and heat to enemy mech (instead of the 15% ramp down duration) for each node. This would do nicely since original damage still wasn't extremely effective due to limited range, and heat to enemy mech was nearly nothing.

Noticed Solaris is back to being 3 minutes a drop window, is this a bug or did they revert it for some dumb reason?

Hello,

We're currently aware of the Error 52 bug caused by certain 'Mechs that cannot save max armor value properly in 'Mechlab and we are currently looking it.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

Just returned to MWO after a 4year, can't quite count exactly, but remember Dragon bowling, break. Why does a 30min downtime Patch require a 1.5hr download and install????

Because you had to do all the updates in th last 4 years? Stopped playing for 6 months and it took a similar time to patch up. And that was before the tech update...
