Jagermech Arm Armor Decreased?

Arm armor was moved to the side torsos since it was so easy to destroy its STs. It still is, but now it's also easy to just destroy the arms, so the change didn't really solve anything.

The amount of armor moved to the ST's is not useful and does not reflect how the 'mech is supposed to be played in MWO; a fire support platform with a defensive role in mind. Engaging in close combat with a 'mech as wide and inflexible as the Jager has been all but obsolete since 2014.
