So I was having a dilemma about purchasing the Champion. The old to be or not to be... then I heard LRM's were getting buffed again and that made the choice very easy. Thank you PGI I will put that money and any further potential purchases to better use.

Please chime in if you feel the same way and have decided not to purchase anything further until the LRM problem is fixed. My two cents, or rather 70 bucks.

Buy it. Consider it extending the life of PGI's servers. At the very least pre-order until you see the quirks, and then decide to have a refund or not.

It looks terrible, honestly. Like an even worse rifleman And with the way things have been going lately I am even refunding my incubus. I'm not interested in running a clan laser light when they keep repeatedly nerfing them.

The reply to my first post was deleted apparently because the individual replying did not realize there is a "Champion" mechpack on its way. Hence the reason for the post, I don't think I need to go back and delete posts because someone changed their minds and deleted theirs. But I will if it will make you a happy happy boy.

Does boating LRM's mean: <Windows Key> , Add or Remove Programs, Uninstall Mechwarrior Online?
That's my take on boating LRM's, I could be wrong but if that is the case I will do so.

Are you actually having difficulties with countering LRMs ?

you could ask for pointers on how to improve your counter play techniques as it seems to be a more practical approach to the issues you experience rather than expect that when you have a difficultly it's a "problem" and it needs to be "fixed" by PGI.

No I have no issues, I just ran a Piranha. LRM boats are easy targets, I would like to mention that I like to play other mechs that I don't just run around and eat LRM boats with. I just makes me rethink any time or money I would consider putting into the game. If it died at this point, I wouldn't be upset... since it's one foot in the grave already.

LRMs got less than a 10% heat buff, while C-LRMs also got a spread nerf, and people are losing their **** why exactly?

Because they're looking at nerfing Gauss and Lasers on the clan side as well. If you nerf all of the alternatives, even minor buffs make a weapon system much more desirable. So weapons that require a semblance of skill are removed as viable choices and skillless newb weapons are buffed until they have parity. This way a 90 year old man with shaky hands can play on the same level as someone who knows what they're doing.

You do realize that you are not the only one person who donate? The entire MWO is not rotating around you personally, for literally every move PGI take there will be bunch of people who like it and who do not. Your complains and threats to not pay means absolutely nothing, since no matter what they do someone will not like it.
And besides, what's your complain, that they buffed the weakest weapon system in the game for -10% heat? Really? These arguably 10% more sustainable LRMs is a reason that changed your mind about buying a mech???
