RAC5s are pretty fun, yeah. Wouldn't call them meta (despite the 22DPS they have), but they are amazing at farming clueless players in Quick Play.

It's almost as if C-Gauss has great pinpoint damage at range at the expense of naturally lower DPS.

Uhg, maybe they should just cut the arm armor down on the DS if people really think the Gauss rifles are the problem.

Lets admit every weapon in MWO have DPS damage (1min/weapon cooldown+dmg = DPS). Okay, PURE Dps weapons is RAC's, MG's, Flamers and non Pulse Lasors (dmg per tick, basically same as RAC's but with short duration). Lrms its a Splash DMG weapon, same as LBX, Uac(cuz dem many balls fired) or any missile, or AIr/Artillery strike. Pure Pinpoint Weapon is PPC or Gauss/AC (pulse lasors is here too cuz low fire time only aka laser surgeon). Prove me wrong.
