There is an event active INGAME on the PTS which will allow you to track your eligibility for the rewards.

The Rewards will be added to your Live account after the Patch on July 17th"

I can choose "active events", yes, but there is nothing. So, how can I track my progress or even maybe redeem my prize?

It was visible on PTS client.It's not on live game or website.

I know. I couldn't see it on the PTS client. But it's alright, I've contacted the support team.
