I know there has been a MM rework recently (if i recall correctly), this has been causing very long wait times that can last hours in later times of the night (literally, hours).

Is there some Valve that isn't releasing that should be after some X amount of time in the queue, because it has been a nightmare trying to find a match in Group Queue at night, and Solo can be difficult as well.

Has anyone else been experience unusually long wait times?

If there's not enough groups in queue to match yours, you won't get a match. No MM involved here and no valves to be opened, sorry. Try sync droppin' in SQ.

We have, and we can still experience wait times of up to an hour, which is not normal to previous experience.

Might just not be enough people playing on whatever server(s) you have selected in the GQ at 3AM while there is a Solaris event going on.

Edit: Solo Q. Group is no mm.

They claim that but two days ago I was placed with a known Tier 3.

Even in Oceanic, the worst time of the night - I wait ~10mins max per drop in SoloQ. It's honestly been like that for 2 years now. Of course it varies some nights as opposed to others simply because who is/isnt playing and stuff.

What mode are you searching that is causing you to wait an hour?

GroupQ in Oceanic can easily be 15mins-30mins+. It is all to do with groups size, how many are online etc. GroupQ has always been a problem in low hours and there is no way to fix it really. Sometimes you get lucky sometimes you dont.

I won't play GroupQ in Oceanic time usually between 7pm AEST and 11pm AEST as it is impossible unless you are a 12man.

Seems about normal if I have a 4man. obviously 2 and 3 mans have to wait, some times very long waits, as usual but thats been like that for a couple years now.
