Here is the basic idea. Bolt on item for shoulders of various Mechs, WW II styled German Single Barreled Flak Guns. These guns are more than just ornaments, as they will fire at Aircraft Flying Overhead. Cool effect and possible counter 5% chance to negate Air Strike.
