has any one had the jag lower cockpit panel be at normal place while mech is stopped only to come up all the way to the reticle and cover the whole lower field of view,..it goes back down when i stop and everything looks normal HELP

ummm, I'm gonna go out on a limb, and assume the rest of us say no ....

it might be helpful if you took a screenshot ( printscreen button ) and posted it somewhere like 'imgur'

Your field of vision fault i think, change it in the option menu.
settings > game > first person pov slider to 70-75.
I get the results you mentioned if i go down to fov 60.

Strike that, i got the same issue lol

Appearently, it's a bug since the last update. Guess we'll have to wait until it will be fixed.
