PGI there is a tiny little issue I would like to point out with your CHLL and CLPL changes of PTS 1.1.

With the damage reduction of the CLPL and the duration increase the CLPL will land at 2.22 DPS while the CHLL with only its duration increase with have 2.4 DPS.

So now the DPS powerhouse the pulse laser has less DPS compared to the high alpha powerhouse.

Others have already pointed this out but CLPL needs to get its 12 damage back if duration is increased. CLPL was already mediocre but with this stats its upperly garbage.

cLPL has 2.44 DPS on PTS: 11 / ( 3.2 + 1.3 ) = 2.44

I admit this was theorycrafting since i didn't play PTS.

I just used the publically available information from here:
https://mwomercs.com...riday-july-27th
which states that the CLPL in PTS 1.1 has 10 damage.
And 10 / (3.2+1.3) = 2.22.

If it really has 11 damage the stats provided by PGI are incorrect.

PGI is indeed incorrect on their patch notes. I recommend trying out the changes on the PTS before providing feedback in the PTS forum. You'll get a better feel for the changes than pure theorycrafting.

Currently I am on a low bandwith connection and downloading the 20GB PTS version would take me about 2 month.
Even with 11 damage my statement still stands albeit reduced that the difference in DPS between the high DPS version and high alpha version are too small.
