[Kalthios]

I use mouse, keyboard, and rudder pedals. Sometime back a patch put in a rather large deadzone on turning that players can't remove, can you fix that by removing it please? Also, adding a couple more axes: one for forward throttle, and another for reverse, would be very helpful.
