Removing armor quirks is good, but you should be leaving weapons alone. Instead, you should be buffing mobility, and likely buff more weapons. Remove GH from Gauss/PPC combos, too.

We should be chasing reduced TTK, but higher mobility to increase survival of skilled pilots.

The higher the TTK, the longer I live, and the more potatoes I can obliterate without a challenge. I want a challenge, and flaming potatoes shooting LRMs is not a challenge. If I have to be mobile to survive, then games become less stagnant pokefest, and more an organic engagement.

I feel like mobility (twisting, bending, accel, etc) would help assaults a lot against fleas/piranhas. Especially things like the Kodiak that can't hit things close to them.

The only problem with big alphas in the game right now is that Assaults and some Heavies cannot twist them away, realistically. Adding mobility back will help more in thus area than against Fleas and Piranhas and, truthfully, I don't think it should help against Fleas and Piranhas. Players want the big delete button against larger foes, they can deal with this Achilles heel.
