Leave the armor and structure alone.
The ANH will have 2/3rds its initial armor buff removed, that isn't good.
BSW is the only thing that can compete in Scouting basically. Unless you think you can take on HBK IIC with LBX40 in a GRF 2N that can't twist hardly.
No one asked for these nerfs.

The Annihilator was double buffed to fix it's glaring profile + sluggish nature. PGI compensated its gut by giving it the best CT hitboxes in the game. If something already has extremely high effective health from where hits count for damage, it shouldn't also have armor quirks. Some flavor exceptions like the Atlas are fine since it can't get in range otherwise but the Annihilator is a mid-long range 'Mech where it can both deal full damage and can't be easily hit in a choice torso.
The cancer that is Division 1 of Solaris isn't a reason to nerf the Annihilator overall but it shows how strong the damn thing is. The reason it dominates is that it can sustain high DPS while being too difficult to target with peeking alpha strikes and having too much armor HP over same for even higher DPS 'Mechs to win a DPS race, as they are all squishy by comparison.

Again with the advice from someone who hasn't played Div1 this season but spouting out "facts" based apparently on imaginary play of the mechs...

Balance is best decided from an objective distance. Only people who don't play this game regularly have any valid opinion on balance. The less you play the game, the more your opinion is worth.

It's not. It's a Star League design that was never fielded before the collapse. It was also never fielded with the improved Clan gear following the Golden Century until after being reintroduced to the Inner Sphere on some custom variants for the Wolf's Dragoons.
So it's an IS design preserved by the Clans and mistakenly reintroduced to the IS by their scouting unit, later retro-fit with Clan tech
