Only 2 lasers contribute to the current laser vomit 'problem' if you believe there really is a problem.

ERML and HLL


Take 1 damage off the ERML but REDUCE the duration and heat to compensate
and take 2 damage off the HLL but also REDUCE the duration and heat to compensate.


Basically if you remove 10% of its damage reduce its duration and heat by +5% each or so.

Don't actually make it LONGER while taking damage away from it.


Don't nerf MPL or Small lasers any more.

cERLL 4 ghost heat is fine, didn't see a problem with that.
