Except that's not really true...

In fact here's a count of the number of hard points for each variant in arms or torsos.
VGL-1, arms 4, torsos 6
VGL-2, arms 4, torsos 3
VGL-3, arms 2, torsos 6
VGL-4, arms 7, torsos 2 (but no JJ so its DOA imo)
VGL-A, arms 4, torsos 3
VGL-RI, arms 5, torsos 1 (the only VGL with MASC and with 1 missle slot in torso hmm...)

And putting all weapons in arms is asking for trouble so I'd recommend not doing that.

i d really love the possibility to pick just one mech + get the extras like warhorns, premium time, etc.
There are so many chassis where i absolutely dont need 3 mechs, especially when they are omni mechs.

i d always buy 1 of the variants for sure though.
